Rejoice, dimsum lovers! Contemporary Chinese restaurant Lugang Café’s Feast All You Can is baaack!
For only PHP588 (PHP647 including the 10% service charge), you can now enjoy unlimited soup, appetizer, dimsum, and rice, plus one house specialty, one glass of iced tea and one dessert (that means, unlimited xiao long bao for you!). This is happening on May 2 to June 18, 2017 at their SM Megamall and SM Aura branches and from July 19 to July 31 at their SM North EDSA and The New Glorietta branches.
I had the chance to try their Feast All You Can at their SM North EDSA branch.
The interior of the restaurant is great and the place can accommodate around 150 customers. They only accept reservations for large groups, though.
We ordered the following (are you ready?):
Of course, the Pork Xiao Long Bao! 🙂
Its regular price is PHP248 and for this night, we ordered five! Good deal? Indeed!
Steamed Vegetarian Dumplings with Truffle Oil
SOUP OF THE DAY
Crab Meat and Sweet Corn Soup
Credits to chefjayskitchen.com for the photo. Forgot to take a photo of the soup haha!
Vietnamese Egg Rolls
Abalone Mushroom and Jelly Fish
Garlic Pork Roll
Pork Wontons in Spicy Chili Oil
We ordered two of this because it really tasted like an authentic Hong Kong dish!
Beijing Shredded Pork with Chinese Pancakes
(1) I was thinking of pork floss, and (2) I got intrigued with the ‘Chinese Pancake’ part so I ordered it. It turned out that the ‘pancakes’ are like that of siopao. Yummy!
We did not order rice so that we can try as many dishes as we can. 😛
Taiwanese Crispy Chicken Nuggets
The chicken skin? Ugh. To. Die. For.
Salted Egg Prawns
I’m getting the same high addiction in this as with the Irvins Salted Egg!
Blueberry Ice Cream
It tastes like a typical sweet blueberry candy at first try. 😀
We could have ordered more, but our tummies are already full. Haha!
So there. The staff are very courteous and attending promptly to the requests of the customers. (Hi Manager Margie and Staff Kim!) 🙂
Lastly, the very common rule: NO LEFTOVERS. 😉
